New Member Application Process

| Requirements |
| According to the bylaws, requirements for membership are: Any person employed in or resident of the State of Nebraska whose ethical standards meet those established by the American Academy of Actuaries and who meets one of the following qualifications is eligible to apply for membership: (A) Is a member in good standing of a recognized actuarial body, or (B) Has obtained at least two courses prescribed by such body either through passing examinations or other approved methods, or (C) Has at least five (5) years’ experience in work of a specific actuarial nature, at least two (2) years of which have been at a supervisory or executive level, or (D) Occupies the position of Actuary of the Nebraska State Insurance Department, or (E) Was a member according to the membership requirements in effect on December 2, 1987. |

| We would like to encourage any and all interested (and eligible) individuals to become members of the Nebraska Actuaries Club. In todays ever-changing business environment, knowing people is a large part of the game. The first, (and preferable) method to apply to become a member of the club is to fill out an online registration, which will be automatically submitted to the secretary for approval.
